THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on November 21, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on January 23, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on May 5, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from Thursday, February 13, 2025, to Wednesday, February 19, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
