THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on March 6, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on April 3, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 31, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend one of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates and paragraphs from the Procedural Order are amended:
Exchange of written response to evidence (paragraph 18) changed from February 14, 2025 to February 21, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
