THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on March 18, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on May 5, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on February 17, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to submit revised plans (if any) (paragraph 9) changed from October 24, 2025, to October 31, 2025;
Parties to exchange Witness Lists changed from November 3, 2025, to November 10, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
