UPON APPEAL brought by 2542534 Ontario Inc. (o/a Radha Soami Society Beas Canada), Neamsby Investments Inc., Village Securities Limited, and FCHT Holdings (Ontario) Corporation, regarding the Town of Milton’s passing of Official Plan Amendment No. 86 (“OPA 86”), pursuant to s. 17(24) of the Planning Act, and Zoning By-law Amendment No. 036-2025, pursuant to s. 34(19) of the Act;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having convened a second Case Management Conference of the matter, heard the parties’ request to scope the appeals to deal with only the site-specific concerns of the Appellants and bring the remainder of OPA 86 into force, and adjourn the remainder of the Appeals sine die to provide the parties with an opportunity to work on resolution.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
A written motion shall be heard on Monday, November 17, 2025, for the purpose of scoping the appeals to deal with only the site-specific concerns of the Appellants, and bring the remainder of OPA 86 into force;
Following the hearing of the motion, the Appeals shall be adjourned sine die; and
The parties shall provide a status update to the Tribunal case-coordinator every three months following the hearing of the motion until the matter is fully resolved.
The Member is not seized but may be spoken to through the Case Coordinator if any issues arise.
