THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on March 26th, 2025.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on April 9, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on November 12, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange the Reply Witness Statements changed from October 6 to October 27, 2025;
Parties to exchange Visual Evidence changed from October 17 to November 3, 2025
Parties to exchange the Document Book changed from October 24 to November 3, 2025
