2With the consent of all Parties, the Tribunal was advised that a settlement for the consideration of the Tribunal has been reached, and a request was made to proceed by way of a one-day written hearing on a date to be scheduled.
3The Tribunal has scheduled a one-day written hearing date to take place on Friday, December 12, 2025.
4All written documentation will have to be submitted to the case manager no later than Friday, November 28, 2025.
