UPON APPEAL having been brought by 2707193 Ontario Inc., under subsection 17 (24) and 34 (19) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended, regarding the adoption of Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment for the lands municipally known as 69 Bramalea Road, in the City of Brampton to facilitate the development of two mixed-use towers with heights of 26 and 18 storeys, for a total of 458 residential units;
AND THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal on Wednesday, October 2, 2025, by videoconference for a first Case Management Conference (“CMC”), whereby it marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service of Charlotte Gravlev, dated August 21, 2025, attesting to proper Notice having been given for this first CMC;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having been advised at the commencement of the CMC that the applicant would be unable to attend due to observance of a religious holiday, and having received consent of all parties to adjourn the hearing;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having considered the parties request and noting that it is preferable for requests for party status to be addressed prior to the commencement of mediation which is currently scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025, orders at the hearing scheduled for today be adjourned and that the second case management conference be schedules, at which time request for party status will be considered, the draft procedural order will be reviewed, and hearing dates may be set;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC having scheduled a second CMC to commence on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. by videoconference; with the following log-in credentials:

A second CMC is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 10 a.m., by videoconference at the details above referenced to consider party status requests and any other procedural matters that may arise, with the goal of organizing these appeals for a hearing on their merits.
