THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a public hearing on January 9, 2024 and the Tribunal, in its oral decision on January 9, 2024 and written decision issued on January 19, 2024 (the "Decision") having allowed, in part, on an interim basis, contingent upon confirmation of the pre-requisite matter described in the previous decision, and the Zoning By-law Amendment set out in the Interim Order, is hereby approved in principle.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its Final Order with respect to the pre-requisite matter and until the conditions, as set out in paragraph 8 of the Decision, are satisfied;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the conditions for the release of the Tribunal's Final Order on the pre-requisite have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Development Agreement conditions in Attachment "1" are approved;
THE TRIBUNAL may be spoken to in the event that the Parties have any difficulty in implementing this Decision and Order.
