THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (“Tribunal”) having issued a Decision on March 21, 2019, allowing the appeal to the draft plan of subdivision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from 285622 Ontario Ltd. for a three (3) year extension to the lapsing date of February 20, 2024 for draft plan approval;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received consent of the Township of Springwater, supporting the request for the three (3) year extension;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the request to extend the lapsing provisions on the draft plan of subdivision to February 20, 2027, is granted.
