THIS MATTER having been scheduled for a hearing on July 22, 2024 before the Tribunal in respect of the claims of My Place on 7 Inc. (“Claimant”) as against the Regional Municipality of York for compensation pursuant to section 26 of the Act arising from the expropriation of the lands municipally known as 4850 Highway 7 in the City of Vaughan;
THE TRIBUNAL having been advised, on consent, that a full and final settlement had been reached by the Parties hereto and that the Claimant has agreed to the dismissal of its claims;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having cancelled the 9-day hearing on July 22, 2024;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that all claims of the Claimant are hereby dismissed.
