AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY KEN HEWITT AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on August 22, 2024, is hereby amended.
2By amending Item 1 and Item 2 of Paragraph 11 so that it reads as:
A copy of a registered plan be submitted along with a survey showing that a minimum road allowance width of 10 metres is achieved from the front lot line to the centre of the travelled portion of Little Rideau Lake Road for the portion of the lot to be severed;
The Applicant is required to pay cash in lieu, the equivalent of 5% of the value of severed lands to the Township of Rideau Lakes in recognition of parkland dedication;
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
