AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY GREGORY J. INGRAM AND A. SNOWDON AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order. The Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 30, 2024, is hereby amended by:
a. deleting the Title of Proceedings and replacing it with the revised Title of Proceedings;
b. deleting the Appearances List and replacing it with the revised Appearances List to now include the co-Counsels for Eric Davis (who is representing The Big Tub Harbour Citizens Committee) and Mark R. Flowers (who is representing 1415747 Ontario Inc. and Lyons Big Tub Resort Marina Ltd.); and,
c. removing Paragraph 37:
“The Parties are reminded that the Tribunal Decision issued on December 1, 2023, required that ‘a written Status Update [be provided] to the Tribunal on or before Friday, December 22, 2024, with the submission of a draft Procedural Order.’”
2In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
