THIS MATTER involving the appeal by the Appellant “The Conservatory Group” under subsection 34(19) of the *Planning Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, with respect to the City of Toronto’s approval of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law 569-2013 on May 9, 2013, and the Tribunal having issued an order on April 19, 2024, allowing the appeal in part and directing that the City of Toronto amend Zoning By-law 569-2013 as set out in the attachments to the Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the attachment provided to the Tribunal contained typographical errors noting incorrect citations to the Zoning By-law clauses to be relied upon in the By-law, in the following sections:
Section 3, where “10.5.40.40 (5) (A)” should be “15.5.40.40 (5) (A)”
Section 4, where “10.5.40.40 (5)” should be “15.5.40.40 (5)”
Section 10, where “10.5.50.10(4)” should be “15.5.50.10(4)”
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Attachment “1” of the Decision issued on April 19, 2024, is replaced with Attachment “1” contained in this Order. In all other respects the order remains as issued.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
