THESE MATTERS having come before the Tribunal for a hearing on June 19, 2024 and a teleconference call on July 18, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having ordered the appeal against Zoning By-law No. Z-1-223068 of the City of London is allowed in part, on an interim basis, and issued an Interim Order and Decision dated July 24, 2024 with attached instruments;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having ordered that Zoning By-law No. Z-1-223068 is amended, in principle, as set out in Attachment 1 to the Interim Order and Decision contingent upon receipt and approval by the Tribunal of the final form of the mapping Schedule to be attached thereto submitted and confirmed to be satisfactory to the City;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the attached final form of the mapping Schedule attached hereto;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Zoning By-law No. Z-1-223068, as amended, is in full force and effect.
