THIS MATTER coming before the Tribunal regarding the lands municipally known as 1200 Fischer-Hallman Road in the City of Kitchener, Ontario, bearing the following legal description:
PIN 22724-0007 (LT), Lot 1, Registered Compiled Plan 1483, Kitchener, except Part 1 on 58R-7003, City of Kitchener, Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Subject Property”).
AND WHEREAS 1943615 Ontario Limited (the “Claimant”) is seeking compensation from the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Respondent”) with respect to the Subject Property to be determined by the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”);
AND WHEREAS both the Claimant and Respondent to this matter have submitted amended pleadings to the Tribunal, an Amended Notice of Arbitration and Statement of Claim and the Amended Reply, respectively;
AND WHEREAS the parties have submitted their amended pleadings on consent to the Tribunal as set out in the attachment labeled ‘Schedule A’;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that this proceeding shall continue, and that the title of proceeding in all documents issued, served, or filed after the date of this Order be as follows:
