1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order issued on July 22, 2024, is hereby amended.
2In paragraph [30] of the original decision, the upcoming hearing event information regarding the November 4, 2024 Case Management Conference and the November 20, 2024 Merit Hearing was not clearly stated. Therefore, the hearing event information is now incorporated into this amending decision by replacing paragraph [30] with the following:
30Parties are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections. The hearings are scheduled to proceed by video as follows:
