THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from February 23, 2024, to March 6, 2024;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (Attachment 4 – Summary of Filing Dates) changed from March 4, 2024, to March 15, 2024.
