INTRODUCTION
1This Decision and Order arises from a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) held on May 7, 2024 to provide the Tribunal with a further update on the remaining appeals to the City of Toronto (“City”) comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 (“ZBL 569”) regarding the Phase 7 appeals, various topic- and site-specific appeals, the resolution of various appeals, and to determine the next steps following the CMC.
2In advance of the CMC, the City submitted an agenda containing updates on the Appeals, as well as an Appeal tracking table (an updated version is appended as Attachment 1 to this Decision), and at the CMC, Mr. Hardiejowski provided a status update as summarized below. The Appeal tracking table, as submitted, was marked as Exhibit 1.
3The City also provided an update on appeals against ZBL 579 that have been withdrawn, but as they are not related to the Appeals against ZBL 569, they are not addressed in this Decision.
4With respect to the Parties in attendance at the present CMC but not listed in the Appearances, including Plaza Corp. Investments Limited and Helmsbridge Holdings Inc. represented by Michael Cook (with co-counsel Mark Flowers in absentia), it is
