AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that Luis de Leo and Eduarda Matias have sold the property to 274 Viewmount Developments Inc., which has now requested that it be substituted for them as a party in this matter;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received consent of all parties to this request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Luis de Leo and Eduarda Matias are substituted by 274 Viewmount Developments Inc. as a party in this proceeding.
