THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing before the Ontario Municipal Board (now the Ontario Land Tribunal or “Tribunal”) and the Ontario Municipal Board having issued its Decision on September 14, 2007;
THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Town of Collingwood (“Town”) passed Resolution RES-215-2021 dated June 21, 2021 approving the most recent three year extension of Draft Approval for the Bridgewater Residential Plan of Subdivision (D1202121) (the “Draft Plan”), including revisions to associated conditions of draft plan approval, with the draft approval to lapse on June 29th, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having maintained its jurisdiction with respect to changes to the Draft Plan conditions as demonstrated in its July 23, 2023 Decision and Order (OLT-21-001360) regarding a Zoning By-law amendment appeal and draft plan condition revision for the Draft Plan lands located at 11664 Highway 26 West in the Town legally described as Part of Lots 48, 49 and 50, Concession 11, Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Town granted a 30-day emergency extension to extend the lapsing date from June 29, 2024 to July 29, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having determined that the requested change to the condition to extend the lapsing provision is minor and that no further notice is required.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions for the Draft Plan for the lands located at Part of Lots 48, 49 and 50, Concession 11, Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe be extended for three (3) years up to and inclusive of July 29, 2027.
