AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY K.R. ANDREWS AND J. DENYES AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 4, 2024, is hereby amended.
2By amending section 3 of Paragraph 11 so that it reads as:
- The Appeal pursuant to subsection 51(34) of the Planning Act is allowed, in part, and the Draft Plan shown on the plan prepared by Malone Given Parsons Ltd. dated June 20, 2024, as set out in Attachment 3 to this Order, is approved subject to the fulfillment of the conditions set out in Attachment 4 to this Order; and
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
