AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY M.A. SILLS AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on June 7, 2024, is hereby amended.
2By amending “338.3 m” to “328.4 m” of Paragraph 14 so that it reads as:
“For greater clarity; the building as currently approved allows for 85 storeys and an overall height of 306.9 m. The Settlement Proposal results in an increase in the building height to 91 storeys, for an overall height of 328.4 m.”
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
