THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) on consent of the Parties for approval of minor revisions to the draft plans of subdivision and related conditions of approval in relation to the lands located south of Countryside Drive and east of Airport Road, assigned municipal file number 21T-16005B;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a Decision, dated February 16, 2022, approving a draft plan of subdivision and associated draft plan conditions included as Attachments 1 and 2;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent with the City, to replace Attachments 1 and 2 with the revised draft plan and updated conditions;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the revised draft plan of subdivision, is hereby draft approved in the form set out in Attachment 1, subject to fulfillment of conditions, as set out in Attachment 2 of this Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that pursuant to s. 51(56.1) of the Planning Act, the Township shall have the authority to clear the conditions of draft plan approval and to administer final approval of the plan of subdivision for the purposes of s. 51(58) of the Planning Act.
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that in the event that there are any difficulties implementing any of the conditions of draft plan approval, or if any changes are required to be made to either of the draft plans, the Tribunal may be spoken to.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
