INTRODUCTION
1This proceeding was a Hearing of Necessity conducted on January 30, 2024, pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Expropriations Act.
2The Town of Kingsville ("Town") had previously delivered a Notice of Application for Approval to Expropriate Land with respect to the Owners' land known municipally as 280 Main Street West.
3The Town did not have an expert witness present, and on the consent of all Parties, the matter was adjourned.
4The Hearing of Necessity was rescheduled to proceed by video hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10 a.m.
