THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a public hearing on September 6, 2023 and the Tribunal, in its Decision and Interim Order issued on September 21, 2023 (the “Interim Order”), having ordered that the Revised Site Plan prepared by Glenn Piotrowski Architect Ltd for QuadReal, dated August 16, 2023, be approved in principle;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its final approval of the Revised Site Plan pending (a) the receipt of a final site plan and (b) written confirmation of an executed final site plan agreement;
AND THE TRIBUNAL now having received confirmation from the Appellant and the City of Brampton of the fulfillment of the conditions of the Interim Order, including confirmation of the final form of the site plan, satisfactory to the City of Brampton, attached hereto as Schedule "A" to this Order, and confirmation of the execution of a final site plan agreement in respect of the Subject Property, satisfactory to the City of Brampton;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Appeal is allowed in part, and that the site plan attached to this Order as Schedule "A" is approved.
