1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on April 22, 2024, is hereby amended.
2By amending paragraph 3 from “The Parties attended on the third day of the Hearing and requested an adjournment on consent” to the following: “The Parties attended on the third day of the Hearing and the Appellant requested an adjournment on consent.”
3By amending paragraph 8 from “(Toll-Free) 1-888-299-1389” to the following: “(Toll-Free) 1-888-455-1389.”
4In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
