INTRODUCTION

1This case is now dismissed upon the Appellant’s withdrawal of the appeal on March 18, 2024.

2A Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was held on February 13, 2024. A written Memorandum of Oral Decision from the CMC was not issued prior to the withdrawal of the appeal. At the CMC, a second CMC was scheduled on May 17, 2024 and a deadline provided for a draft procedural order and issues list.

3The Tribunal subsequently received the appeal withdrawal which results in the following Order.

4THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal is dismissed.
