AND THE TRIBUNAL giving notice that failure to provide the fee would result in the dismissal of the appeal(s) under subsections 19(1)(a) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021;

AND THE APPELLANT(S) not having responded by submitting the required fee in the time frame specified by the letters issued by the Tribunal on August 19, 2022 and failure to respond to the emails on March 9, 2023, and March 26, 2024;

THE TRIBUNAL THEREFOR ORDERS that the appeal by 5020769 Ontario Inc. & 5020770 Ontario Inc. is dismissed.
