THESE MATTERS having come on for a public settlement hearing before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”), on June 12, 2023;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having considered the evidence and submissions in support of the settlement and proposed development, and having issued a Memorandum of Oral Decision and Interim Order on June 29, 2023 (the “Interim Order”) allowing the appeals, in part, and approving in principle the draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment required to implement the proposed development;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its final Order withheld pending receipt of confirmation of certain matters being addressed to the satisfaction of the City, as set out in paragraph 37 of the Interim Order (the “Final Order Conditions”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the parties that the Final Order Conditions have now been addressed to the City’s satisfaction;
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that:
a) the appeals are allowed, in part;
b) the City of Toronto Official Plan, as amended, is hereby further amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment 1;
c) the City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013, as amended, is hereby further amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment 2; and
d) the City Clerk is authorized to format, as may be necessary, and to assign a number to these amending by-laws for record-keeping purposes.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
