THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing, and the Tribunal in its Decision issued on February 1, 2024, having withheld its Order pending receipt of the final form of the Zoning By-law Amendment, and the Tribunal having received written submissions from the Parties, dated March 25, 2024, on the form and content of the final form of the Zoning By-law Amendment and understanding that there is agreement among them on the substance of it;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeals are allowed, in part, and, pursuant to s. 34(26)(b) of the Planning Act, the TRIBUNAL DIRECTS the Council of the City of Guelph to amend the by-law in accordance with the modifications and clarifications set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (vi) of paragraph 93(a) of the Tribunal’s Order and Decision, dated February 1, 2024.
