THESE MATTERS having come before the Tribunal for a settlement hearing on September 12, 2023;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a decision dated January 29th, 2024 with attached instruments;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having also issued a decision dated January 30th, 2024 with attached instruments;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been notified by counsel for the City that the decision of January 30th 2024 contained attachment errors and that the decision of January 29th 2024 contained the correct and approved instruments.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS pursuant to Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal Rules of Practice and Procedure, that the technical error of attachments to the January 30th 2024 decision is corrected by the replacement of instruments attached to the Decision and Order dated January 29th, 2024. The instruments are in force and effect.
