THE TRIBUNAL having issued a Partial Order on October 2, 2017 approving the proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from the Parties on consent to authorize the Red Line Revision of Draft Plan of Subdivision 30T-13701; to approve the amended conditions of Draft Plan Approval; and to grant the Region of Waterloo the authority to clear the conditions of Draft Plan Approval and issue final approval of the Plan of Subdivision;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that, pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Planning Act (“Act”), the Region of Waterloo shall have the authority to clear the conditions of draft plan approval attached as Attachment 2 and 3 and to administer final approval of the plan of subdivision for the purposes of subsection 51(58) of the Act in accordance with the Red Line Revision attached as Attachment 1.
