AND UPON the motion of the Ontario Land Tribunal for an Order dismissing the appeals without holding a public hearing under subsection 19(1)(a) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, and the Tribunal having provided the appellants with the opportunity to provide the fee prescribed under the Act in accordance with subsection 19(2) of the Act, and the appellants not having responded in the time frame specified by the Tribunal;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeals by Carriage Country Club Inc. and HSV GP Inc. are dismissed.
