THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Municipal Board and in its decision issued on January 23, 2012 allowed Amendment No. 8 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of Thames Centre, in part;
AND THE BOARD having withheld its Final Order with respect to new Official Plan Amendment in the manner directed by the Board in its decision and in a form acceptable to the Municipality;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the new Official Plan Amendment is acceptable to the Municipality and approved by all parties;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Amendment No. 8 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of Thames Centre in Attachment "1" is approved;
