THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a hearing;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having heard the expert land use planning opinion evidence of Robert Lehman and having heard the submissions of counsel for Lagoon Bay Holdings GP Inc., counsel for the County of Simcoe and counsel for the Township of Ramara;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Lagoon Bay Holdings GP Inc. is substituted for Talisker Corporation as a Party to this matter;
THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that the appeal is allowed in part and the Official Plan for the County of Simcoe is modified in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto;
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that no costs shall be sought or paid by or to any party in respect of this matter.
