AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY S. BRAUN
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on January 12, 2024 is hereby amended,
2by deleting the first sentence of paragraph one [1] from the Decision and replacing it with the following:
1This was the second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) held for the purpose of organizing appeals of the refusal of the Municipality of West Perth of a Zoning By-law Amendment (“ZBA”) application, and failure of the Municipality of West Perth to make a decision on Site Plan Approval in relation to the property located at 6903 Perth Line 34 (“Subject Property”).
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
