THIS MATTER in respect to the Glen Williams Secondary Plan in the Town of Halton Hills, having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a fourth Case Management Conference on December 7, 2023;
THE TRIBUNAL having been advised on November 11, 2024, that the one remaining appellant, 1404649 Ontario Limited, had withdrawn their appeal;
AND THE TRIBUNAL pursuant to subsection 17(39) of the Planning Act, confirms that all appeals made under subsection 17(36) of the Planning Act have now been withdrawn;
NOW THEREFORE
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Official Plan Amendment No. 44 to the Town of Halton Hills Official Plan, as adopted, and modified by the Region of Halton, and attached hereto as Schedule “A” to this Order is hereby final;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Official Plan Amendment No. 44 to the Town of Halton Hills Official Plan came into full force and effect on November 11, 2024, being the day that the last appeal in this matter was withdrawn.
