UPON APPEAL having been brought by Armfield Estates Inc. regarding the failure by the City of Toronto to make decisions within the required timeframe on applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment, pursuant to ss. 22(7) and 34(11) of the Planning Act;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) and proceeded to conduct a CMC on December 4, 2024 held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received a request by the Parties to consolidate matters OLT-24-000898 and OLT-24-000899;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having considered their submissions, consolidated the matters;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, at the CMC having scheduled a subsequent CMC to commence on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. by video;

Matters OLT-24-000898 and OLT-24-000899 are hereby consolidated;
A second CMC will take place as detailed above; and,
The Parties shall provide a draft Procedural Order for the Tribunal’s consideration on or before Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
