UPON APPEAL by Via Rail Canada Inc., regarding Tribunal file OLT-24-000482, for a Plan of Subdivision (“PSD”) / Condominium, under section 51(48) of the Planning Act in relation to the property, known municipally as 25 Pickering Place in the City of Ottawa;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received no further additional Party/Participant status requests at the fourth Case Management Conference held on December 6, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having considered the Parties’ submission of an updated Procedural Order (“PO”) on consent;
AND THE TRIBUNAL scheduled a new five-day hearing commencing on April 28, 2025, at 10 a.m. to allow for additional time review reports. The March 24, 2025 dates were cancelled.
