THESE MATTERS in respect of OPA 142, OPA 143 and OPA 144 in the City of Mississauga, having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on November 28, 2024;
THE TRIBUNAL having received a Chart that identifies the policies under appeal by each appellant, and the geographic scope of those appeals, acknowledges the polices and geographic scope of the appeals as noted in the Chart attached here as Attachment 1.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request to schedule a motion hearing to address the City’s forthcoming motions;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised of several omissions contained within the previously issued Order dated August 16, 2024, related to the identification of policies/maps GCTC Holding Inc. ("GCTC") has under appeal with respect to OPA 144;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent, to correct several attachments contained within the August 16, 2024 Order, specifically:
Table 5-2 Protected Major Transit Station Areas, to highlight in yellow the Dixie Go PMTSA;
With respect to Table 5-2 for GCTC, Map A and Map B to include Dixie Go PMTSA as under appeal;
With respect to Table 5-2 for GCTC, Map C7 to be added as a new schedule to the instrument.
NOW THEREFORE
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that a one (1) day virtual Motion Hearing is scheduled using the call-in details identified below, commencing on March 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., with materials to be filed in accordance with Rule 10 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure

AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that in accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a Decision or Order, the Order issued on August 16, 2024, is hereby amended by:
Deleting Table 5-2 Protected Major Transit Station Areas on pg. 30 of the instrument and replacing it with the Amended Table 5-2 Protected Major Transit Station Areas attached here as Attachment 2.
Deleting Map A and Map B on pg. 32 and 33 of the instrument and replacing it with the Amended Table 5-2 for GCTC, Map A and Map B attached here as Attachment 3.
Adding Map C7 as pg. 35 of the instrument attached here as Attachment 4.
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that in all other respects, the Tribunal’s August 16, 2024 Order remains the same.
