MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY A. SAUVE ON NOVEMBER 28, 2024 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1This matter was last before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) on April 25, 2023 for a Settlement Hearing. That settlement was approved by the Tribunal in the Decision dated June 12, 2023. The Parties have since asked to schedule this Case Management Conference as they were seeking directions regarding the implementation of the settlement.
2The Parties requested a Hearing date for a Motion for Directions. The Tribunal is satisfied that it is necessary.
3The Tribunal set a date for a Motion for Directions commencing Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. by Video Hearing. It is scheduled for one day. No further notice is required.
4The Parties will be in contact with the Case Coordinator regarding the filing of materials which will be governed by Rule 10 of the Ontario Land Tribunal Rules of Practice and Procedure.
5Parties and Participants are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections:
