UPON APPEAL having been brought by Steeles Heights Inc., Sky Property Group Inc. & 2122554 Ontario Limited regarding appeals pursuant to s. 22(7) and s. 34(11) of the Planning Act concerning the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications in the City of Toronto (“City”) for lands municipally known as 7-15 Steeles Avenue East (“subject land”).
AND THE TRIBUNAL having proceeded to conduct a second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) on December 4, 2024, held by video; The Parties on consent requested a third CMC to allow Metrolinx who had received approval from the Ministry of Transportation for expropriation of the subject lands on November 7, 2024, time to serve a 90 days’ notice to expropriate. In addition, the Parties agreed to consider consolidation of OLT Case No. OLT- 22-004346 case at the next CMC and provide a Draft Procedural Order and Issues List.
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received no further requests for Party or Participant status;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, at the CMC, having scheduled a third CMC to commence on Friday, February 21, 2025, by video at 10 a.m.;
