UPON APPEALS brought before the Tribunal as a second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) pursuant to s. 17(36) of the Planning Act (“Act”), following the County of Lambton (“County”) decision to approve Official Plan Amendment No. 3 (“OPA-3”), and adopted by the City via Zoning By-law No. 5-2024, with modifications.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having confirmed the Appeals by 1974321 Ontario Limited & Langtree Controls Limited, Procor Limited, and Sarnia District Humane Society of OPA-3.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation and the Tribunal’s direction to the Parties to continue in their efforts to scope issues and consolidate any duplication of issues in a Procedural Order and Issues List to follow this Order, on consent of all the Parties, on or before January 24, 2025.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having scheduled a Hearing to commence on September 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. to September 24, 2025, for a total of 12 days, by video hearing;
