UPON APPEAL having been brought before the Tribunal as a second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) pursuant to s. 17(36) of the Planning Act (“Act”) as the result of the Regional Municipality of York (“Region”) decision in support of the City of Richmond Hill (“City”) approval of a City-initiated Official Plan Amendment No. 18.6 (“OPA 18.6”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having considered the Appeals by 1000439324 Ontario Inc., Pamela Harakh and Harry Harakh, and Darryl and Teresa Davis, that were previously the subject of a first CMC dated August 29, 2024, and a scheduled Motion heard on October 4, 2024, and dismissed by the same Tribunal Member;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, at this CMC, having scheduled a subsequent CMC/Motion hearing to commence on Thursday, February 27, 2025, by video at 10 a.m.;

A draft Order relating to Official Plan Amendment No. 18.6 shall also be submitted by the City of Richmond Hill to the Case Coordinator, on or before Monday, December 16, 2024.
