THIS MATTER having been adjourned as a result of Bill 185 which introduced changes to the fee refund regime introduced in Bill 109;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that on October 29, 2024 Council for the City of Vaughan adopted By-law 170-2024 (repeal of By-law 102-2023 adopting OPA 93);
AND THE TRIUBNAL having received confirmation on November 11, 2024 from the City that Counsel for all appellants have been notified that OPA 93 had been repealed and that the appeals are no longer contestable;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeals to OPA 93 are dismissed.
