1This Settlement Hearing was scheduled after successful negotiations between the Parties, however, the draft instruments were not available as of yet. The Parties asked for a short adjournment in order to circulate and file the draft instruments. The Tribunal agreed to the adjournment.
2The Settlement Hearing is regarding the failure of the City of Toronto to make decisions on Applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval in relation to the property located at 10 Huntley Street, in the City of Toronto. The Appellant proposes to redevelop the property with a 45-storey residential building containing 335 units.
3The Tribunal scheduled a Settlement Hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 10 a.m. by Video Hearing.
