THIS MATTER having had a Case Management Conference on October 24, 2023 and the Tribunal having issued a Decision approving a Procedural Order on November 8, 2023;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having been made aware that certain participants who were granted participant status in the Decision which issued on August 22, 2023 were inadvertently omitted from the participant list in the Procedural Order which issued on November 8, 2023;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the revised list of participants is attached to this Order as Appendix “1” which shall constitute the Participant List in the Procedural Order.
