THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing, and the Tribunal in its decision issued on July 5, 2023, having ordered that the claimant, 1907142 Ontario Ltd., shall bring a Motion in writing to seek the continuance of this proceeding by 2783866 Ontario Inc;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received on Aug 14, 2023, a motion record from the Claimant for a motion in writing for an order permitting the continuance of this Claim by 2783866 Ontario Inc. with the Tribunal being subsequently advised that parties were in discussions in an effort to resolve the motion without the necessity of filing further materials;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having now been advised that the motion has been resolved among parties, with confirmation from the Respondent that they do not oppose the requested order for continuance;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Claimant in this proceeding is continued by 2783866 Ontario Inc.;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the title of proceedings for this matter is amended to name 2783866 Ontario Inc. o/a Abe Erb Brewing Company as Claimant in place of 1907142 Ontario Inc. o/a Abe Erb Brewing Company.
