AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY KURTIS SMITH
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on October 16, 2024, is hereby amended.
2By removing Attachment 1, and replacing it with Attachment 1 attached to this Decision.
3By removing “Bampton” in paragraph 1, and replacing it with “Brampton”.
4By removing “sized” in paragraph 15, and replacing it with “seized”.
5In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
