INTRODUCTION
1This was the first Case Management Conference, held on September 26, 2024, relating to an objection to the Notice of Intention to Designate pursuant to s. 29(11) of the Heritage Act. The Appeal has been filled by Masami Treboux resulting from the Heritage Committee for Town of Grimsby Designated By-law 24-23 to designate a property of cultural heritage value or interest regarding the property located at 23 Mountain Street, Grimsby.
2The Panel was informed by the Appellant that the Appeal has been withdrawn, which was confirmed in writing September 26, 2024.
3The Tribunal, having been advised that Masami Treboux no longer wishes to proceed with the matter, confirms that the appeal has been withdrawn and the case file has been closed. With the withdrawal of the appeal, the Tribunal confirms that Town of Grimsby Designated By-law 24-23 is in force and effect as of April 15, 2024.
